What is your cancellation policy for experiences?

As we prepare for each experience well in advance, we enforce a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. However, your ticket is completely transferable. To transfer a ticket, go to the "My Account" area of Tock and, using the upper right navigation pane, select "Your Tickets". Each ticket has a transfer button which allows you to put it in another person's name.
